Lili Topchev

Lili Topchev is GALT’s Chief Financial Officer CFO). Lili has been with the company since 2018. With over 20 years of experience within the San Diego defense contractor community, Lili’s skills include all aspects of organizational leadership, business operations and financial management. She successfully managed growing companies by implementing vision, strategy, systematic financial and organizational objectives and goals. She has demonstrated extensive knowledge and leadership in the areas of finance, contracts, HR, facilities, IT, pricing and proposals, regulatory and compliance.

Prior to GALT, Lili held various upper management positions at small and large businesses with offices in San Diego: SOLUTE, Inc., General Atomics, Salient Federal Solutions, L-3 Communications (former Titan Corporation), AudioCodes Inc and General Dynamics NASSCO.

Lili has earned her BA degree in Applied Mathematics/Economics and minor in Accounting from the UC Berkeley. During the years Lili was a member of the AGA and NCMA. She also volunteered at the AFCEA annual events.

As GALT CFO, Lili is focused on the company’s financial growth, stability and DCAA compliance.
